Yes, a Salute for a traffic police. Most probably, we must have thought of the work of a traffic police who performs his duty standing all the time just to help us to commute well. He is to suffer with so much dust, pollution, noise etc. but still he stands in the middle of the crossroads.

It is my routine to get ready for the office and to come Gurgaon along with my husband in car.  While traveling, too many crossroads comes on our way.  We usually see the responsible traffic police who perform their task of managing the heavy to heavy traffic so smoothly and calmly. These traffic police are even not worried about their life. They just care for the general people who travel through their own vehicles.

We usually pay attention to our family with whom we live, our friends who are a part of our social life, our colleague with whom we work, our employer who provide us the opportunity to earn hard money for our survival etc. Apart from these, we do pay attention to doctors, lawyers, drivers etc. all of them work for us in exchange of money only. But we usually forget to pay attention to the traffic police who perform the duties with the great honesty without charging any penny from us and without bothering about their life and health. They do charge if we break the traffic rules a penalty. But they do have right to punish us for our negligence.

These traffic police are alike the soldiers who stands at the country border just to save us from the enemy country’s attack. If I do not have any interest in writing, I can’t write by my own, I will simply cheat the other concepts. Writing is not technical in its part; it is more creative and thoughtful process. We see and feel too many things in our daily life and these things give us a chance to write and explore.

Writing does not mean to be professional. It must be informative or must have some meaning. I am writing this article because I want you to know that anyone can write. Whatever you write, it must be inspired with some topic, incident, person, thing or anything. It must have some motive. My motive here is to motivate you to write and to express your feelings to others.

You need not to have a companion all the time to share your feelings with.

Feeling alone and want to express yourself, just start writing diary

If having a fiction story, start writing novel

If you are inspired with someone’s life, write biography on that person

If you have some technical knowledge, write articles

If you have informative words, write blogs

Waking is one of the natural and healthy exercises for human body which activates the internal organ and develops the body parts thoroughly.  At the earlier times, when no transportation was available, walking was the primary source of travelling.

Right time of Walking and why?

Minimum 30 minutes walking requires in a day to maintain the health and immune system of body. Though if your motive is to loose extra fat from the body, you may walk more than 30 minutes as well. Being a health exercise, walking has no side effects.

As far as the walking time concerns, there is no specific time of walking. One can opt any time as per his or her convenience.  But still walking time may vary according to weather. In summers, people prefer morning time and in winters, after noon time is being preferred. Below are some points for choosing morning, afternoon or evening walking time:-

Mornings Walk is good as:

-Body temperature and hormone are at highest point

-No busy schedule

-No disturbance of noise, crowd etc

Late Afternoon Walk is good as:-

Right Position or Posture of Walking

  1. Your walking position must be varying from heel- to- toe. Some people walk like not touching the floor or hardly pushing their feet on the floor. Both positions are not correct. Walking is a best exercise as well so it has a certain rules. Try to walk calmly without giving any pressure on your foot. While walking, your one legs heel should be ahead and other legs toe will be back. Means keep your heel first on the floor, then step forward your foot flat and raise your heel & be on the toe. This position of walking will keep your body fit, internal bones moving in right position and will make you healthy.
  2. Apart from stepping foot, your body posture should be in right direction. Be straight, keeps your head up, shoulders back and walk long with open arms. This body posture will make your physic attractive.

Important tips to be kept in Mind:

  • If 30 minutes regular walk cannot be performed in a day, then small bouts of 10 minutes can be performed.
  • Try to walk as much as you can, take stairs instead of lift, go by walk at nearest places, performed household chaos
  • You may have a dog to walk along with.
  • You may seek company of your friend , relative, office colleague as well
  • You may have headphone attached with iPod, phone or audio system while walking, it can make your walking interesting.
  • Make a routine to walk to have positive effects. Select the convenient time and walk daily on the same time to have same amount of energy. You may increase the walking time as per your convenient.
  • Try to certain a specific distance to be covered for walking, it will motivate you to walk.
  • Instead of walking fast, you may walk slowly. Breathless walking has no use.
  • If walking is to be performed as exercise, carry comfortable cloth and footwear otherwise it could result body or muscle pain.
  • If you have health problems, you may consult some good doctor before going for walk
  • Drink plenty of water before starting and after walking to make the fluid level in the body.
  • Let your arms open and moving while walking
  • If cramps arise while walking, keep your hands on head, start taking breathing through nose & leaving through mouth.
  • While sitting or working at office, you must take a small walk after every 1 or 2 hour.

Simple and Healthy Homemade Bread Pizza

Pizza – a word that brings water in my mouth. I was always being curious to have Pizza on weekly basis. Like me, others will also be keen to have Pizza party. But Pizza is not necessarily been affordable all the time for all the people. In fact, outside Pizzas are not so hygienic or healthy. Statistics report also reveals – too much consumption of Pizza may result in obesity, sleeping problems, body fat, high calories etc.

Being the combination of Vegetables and bake roti, it is healthy if it is made at home with additional nutrients. To have Pizza, one must have Pizza base, all veggies, Pizza sauce, cream, cheese, Pizza spices and herbs etc. to give an original taste. But it is not necessarily to be available at home always. And the other most important thing, one must have sufficient time as well.

Now, we will try a simple and less time consuming method of making Bread Pizza for your breakfast or heavy hunger as well. One always have bread, onion, tomato, capsicum, milk cream, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper powder, desi ghee etc.

Method:
  • First collect the simple veggies you are having at your home like onion, tomato, capsicum etc. Chopped all the vegetables finely. You can give any shape to design your Pizza as well.
  • Have slices of bread.
  • Use desi ghee on both side of bread slice.
  • Spread Pizza sauce if you have, otherwise you may simply spread the tomato sauce. Or both sauces can be spread finely to give taste.
  • Spread chopped veggies on the bread evenly and thoroughly.
  • Then spread salt and black pepper powder according to your taste.
  • Put some quantity of milk cream (replacement of Pizza cheese)
  • Put the bread slice in microwave or oven for ten minutes. Some oven or microwave has the option of Pizza making, you can select the same.

After ten minutes, homemade tasty Pizza is ready which is healthy and hygienic. Cut them and eat with great fun.

Note:
  1. You may use other veggies or ingredients as per the taste and availability like sweet corns, soybean, peanuts, cheese, potato etc.
  2. If you don’t have microwave or oven, you may cook the bread Pizza on nonstick tawa as well. Procedure will be the same. Cook the Pizza at lower steam and cover the same for better cooking.
